Where is my order confirmation?
After placing an order, an email confirmation is sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Do you accept custom and personalized orders?
Yes, custom and personalized orders are accepted. Please see product listings for detailed information. Payment is required before custom orders are created.

• Custom work is non-returnable/non-refundable.
• A proof will be sent only upon request after the order is received.
• We reserve the right to reproduce and sell any custom sayings.
• We do not process vulgar or obscene orders.
• We reserve the right to refuse any request and issue a refund if necessary.

How do I cancel my order?
Requests for cancellations are accepted within a 24-hour window after ordering. If the order has shipped, the order can not be cancelled. After receiving, you may return the item for a refund.

We always try to respond to inquiries as quickly as possible, usually within 1 business day.

Changes to your order?
If you need to cancel your order or make any changes, please contact as within 1 hour of placing your order. If we are able to cancel your order before we start processing it, we will refund your complete payment.

Can I place a bulk order?
Yes, I do accept large quantity orders. Please contact me with the details of your request including the quantity needed and your timeframe for needing the items.
